This is volume one, the 21st Century Basics, a book on kitchen basics some chapters include The well stocked pantry, a guide to herbs and spices, basic breads, etc, it is 72 pages long, it gives info on metric conversions and subtitutions and equivalents and a guide to doubling recipes, lots of information in this little book, soft cover. There was a page or two bent at the corner and I noticed some underlining in the book as well, but nothing that damages the book itself.
