
SHIPPING
As of 04/28/2010 Shipping and handling will be added into the cost of the item. Once the item is paid for the Store (YOUR CONSIGNMENT STORE) will deduct 5% from the total price of the item. 95% of the price will be sent to the Merchant. Once paid, the Merchant will package and mail sold item, to buyer.
THE SELLER DID NOT SEND MY ITEM!
If a Merchant does not mail the sold item, once (YOUR CONSIGNMENT STORE) is notified of the problem, YOUR CONSIGNMENT STORE will give the Merchant 3 weeks to ship the item, if after the 3 weeks, the Merchant still has not shipped the item, the YOUR CONSIGNMENT STORE WILL REFUND THE BUYERS COST, and the seller will NOT be able to list again, on YOUR CONSIGNMENT STORE. The only way they can get re-instated, is to supply a copy of postal receipt proving that the item was shipped to the buyer, and a return of the monetary out lay made by YOUR CONSIGNMENT STORE on their behalf..
3 STRIKES AND YOU ARE OUT: If a seller has 3 complaints within a year's time, they will be barred from using YOUR CONSIGNMENT STORE Permanently.
